Cooking Light is a magazine with the philosophy that food can be lower in fat and calories and still be tasty.  You don't have to cook from the magazine, but you must follow the philosophy and cook food in a more healthy way. Our vision for this club is simple - a group of folks with a passion for cooking light and creative dishes to create a cohesive meal to enjoy with some cocktails, wines and liquors/liqueurs.
